Hosting & Maintenance:
Hosting, domain registration, and ongoing website maintenance are not included unless explicitly stated.

Deposits:

Clients must ensure that any materials provided to LuxThemes (e.g., text, images, logos) do not violate copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
LuxThemes is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
LuxThemes is not liable for website downtime, security breaches, or data loss resulting from third-party hosting or plugins.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. If the client terminates the agreement before project completion, LuxThemes reserves the right to retain the deposit as compensation for work completed.

7. Amendments
LuxThemes reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
